INSIGHT – Intelligent Synthesis and Generation of High-quality Test Data

Duration: 2024–2026 · Funding: IFB (Hamburg Investment and Development Bank)

In the INSIGHT research project, we address a key challenge in digital transformation and software development: the lack of high-quality, realistic test data. This shortage significantly affects the efficiency and accuracy of software testing and leads to delayed market releases as well as potentially suboptimal solutions. The project develops methods for generating synthetic test data to enable efficient and reliable testing of software systems while complying with data protection regulations.
