We research and develop implementable innovative solutions at the intersection of software architecture, data engineering, machine learning, and synthetic data generation – often in exciting combinations that open up new perspectives.

Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ulrike Steffens and Prof. Dr. Olaf Zukunft, our group brings together dedicated doctoral researchers as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s students working on current challenges related to modern information and data systems.

Our projects bridge theory and practice and are developed in close collaboration with partners from academia and industry.
